File Types and information (Full colour printing)
The quality of the output directly reflects the quality of the provided file - a low resolution image will not produce desirable results, particularly if the file size is much smaller than the required finished size. If you are supplying a single (flat) image such as a jpeg, Tif, or photoshop file please ensure that it is of suffiicient resolution for enlarging (please call for assistiance in this if you are unsure).
We cannot accept files that contain fonts so please make sure that any font used is converted to outlines prior to sending.
We currently accept files from the following applications
(if your application is not listed please contact us for help).

• Adobe Illustrator 9 (or earlier)
• Coreldraw 12 (or earlier)
• Signlab 7 (or earlier)
• Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat (pdf)

There are too many design applications to list in full - most of them will allow you to output your file as an eps which would be acceptable. The following is a list of common file types that can be used to produce the output:

• psd (photoshop - flattened file only)
• jpeg
• eps (illustrator 9 or less)
• wmf
• cdr
• cdl
• tif
• bmp
• pdf

*We cannot print directly from Quark xpress / Microsoft Office Applications (including Power Point).
